Central Market has introduced three great ready to eat soups. The soups are made in Texas and free of MSG, no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.

Three new all natural flavors are:

Italian Tomato Asiago – a creamy tomato soup with basil and the sharp, nutty flavor of Asiago. Great served with a Mozzarella grilled cheese.

Spicy Hatch Pozole – a traditional Mexican hominy stew with a Hatch chile twist. This soup is zesty with a slight bit of heat from the Hatch.

Roasted Red Pepper – a creamy soup with the sweet flavor of roasted peppers. Great with a thick, toasted slice of garlic bread.

My favorite is the Hatch Pozole. Serve with warm tortillas, or add finely chopped cabbage, sliced radishes and sour cream for a more traditional pozole. Please stop by our stores and see what I am talking about.
