Monterey Jack with Hatch - a terrific addition to any sandwich, sliced jack with hatch! Try it with rare roast beef and a touch of mayo on sourdough.

Hatch Quesadilla - as the name implies, a great melter! on our fresh-made Southwest tortillas with a spinkling of grilled corn and black beans.
