Hand Made and Crafted with Love
If you are like me there is nothing quite like a true Pennsylvania Dutch hard pretzel. Sure Potato chips and tortilla chips have there place in the snack world but a well made pretzel is akin to an artisan bread or a bouquetiere cheese.
Though Central Market has the standard machine made pretzels seen everywhere, look a little closer in that section of the aisles for Uncle Jerry's Pretzels. All of their pretzels are fat free, made without oil, shortening, or sweeteners of any kind and they are preservative free. The pretzel bakery is located in the heart of rural Lancaster County, the home of the Pennsylvania Dutch and the first commercial pretzel bakery in the U.S., founded in 1861.
Uncle Jerry's Pretzels are made from a 100 year old family recipe. Each pretzel is individually hand rolled and twisted, then baked in a stone hearth oven. They have a variety of flavors, but the most unique is the Extra Dark. If you like your toast dark, you'll love the smoky flavor of those extra dark pretzels. Match them up with your favorite brew, a dip in a robust mustard or just plain sour cream. I'm getting hungry already. Look for me in the Pretzel aisle. And by the way Uncle Jerry's can only be found in Central Market, an exclusive product with exquisite taste.

Hi Rex,
Sorry to bug you, but in the first paragraph, "there place" should be "their place" and "bouquetiere" should be just "boutique".
Have a good day!
