RIEDEL VINUM SERIES
(For Ages 21 and over)

Riedel’s varietal-specific glasses enhance the aromas and taste components, showcasing wine in its finest form. Enjoy a tasting of four varietal specific wines in their appropriate stemware including Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon paired small plates. Participants will take home the four Riedel Vinum stems that they use in class (retail value of $120.00). SHOP THE MARKET
Tour the seafood, produce and meat markets of the store, gathering tips on how a chef shops for the season’s best. Return to the Cooking School and use those very same ingredients to create a beautiful three-course meal. Without shopping lists or recipes, you’ll learn to create great dishes using fresh, seasonal foods as the guide. Menu will be determined the day of the class. $50

FAIR FOODS
Join us for this tribute to fried food. Learn to make the classics and enjoy a few outrageous items in this menu that includes: Chicken Fried Steak on a Stick with Cream Gravy; Corny Dogs on a Stick; Fried Macaroni & Cheese with Marinara Sauce; Funnel Cakes; and Fried Oreos on a Stick. $45

Invitesomeone special to join you for this one hour, lunch time class. Infinitely adaptable and surprisingly easy to make, this dough can provide a basis for everything from appetizers to desserts. Menu includes Basic Pizza Dough; Pizza Margherita; Alfresco Grilled Pizza with Grilled Vegetables & Italian Sausage; Sun-Dried Tomato Foccacia; and Chocolate Dessert Pizza with Strawberries. $45

KNIFE SKILLS
