Summer seems to get hotter every year, and we've noticed our Fort Worth Burgers & Bock fans are sweating it out on Friday and Saturday nights to hear the great live music, but we want to make it a little easier on you!  We're changing our Fort Worth Burgers & Bock times from the old 6-9 p.m. to new hours, 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. every Friday and Saturday night, beginning Friday, June 19th. That way, you can beat the heat of the day and still enjoy our great live music and delicious food. In case you need some motivation to get through the work week, here's our B&B menu to get your mouth watering!  All our burgers are a generous half-pound of fresh Angus beef served with lettuce, tomato and red onion on a CM Pain au Lait bun.

The Cowtown – a classic CM burger with Cheddar cheese
The Tex – Crispy smoked bacon, Cheddar cheese and Chipotle barbecue sauce
The Swiss Mushroom – Herb-roasted mushrooms and Cheddar cheese
The Blue – Blue cheese dressing and caramelized onions
The Chipotle Lime Chicken – Grilled chicken with Chipotle Lime seasoning and Tomatillo Avocado salsa
The Heater – Pepper Jack cheese, pickled jalapeños and Roasted Poblano Aïoli
The Bison – Half-pound of lean Bison topped with crispy smoked bacon and Pepper Jack cheese
The Veggie – Balsamic Portobello Mushroom with roasted red peppers, grilled eggplant, red onion and CM Olive Relish
The Dog – Grilled 100% PGA Beef Hot Dog in a Pain au Lain bun
The Spicy Sausage – CM Jalapeño Cheddar sausage with Pico de Gallo in a Pain au Lait bun
