Here at Central Market Southlake, meet Chef Jim “Sevy” Severson. He will be cooking and sampling his fare with customers right here at our very own Foodie Kitchen!
*Rumor has it that he will be making Ancho Chile Goat Cheese Crostini and Ancho Shrimp as part of the line-up!
Jim “Sevy” Severson is the Executive Chef and co-owner of Sevy’s Grill. Opened in 1997, Sevy’s has become a favorite of former First Lady Laura Bush and her mother as well as players and coaches of the Dallas Mavericks.
