Known as "The Father of Southwestern Cuisine", Dean Fearing was Executive Chef at Dallas's The Mansion on Turtle Creek until he opened "Fearing's" is currently the Executive Chef at Fearing's Restaurant, which was named Restaurant of the Year and Table of the Year by Esquire Magazine.

A former personal caterer to Hollywood celebrities, David McMillian has worked at Beverly Hill's Peninsula Hotel as well as Dallas' Nana Grill where he brought an upscale spin to New American Cuisine. He currently resides in Colleyville and is known to shop at your very own Southlake Central Market!
