Congrats to our finalists in the Southlake Hatch Chile Pepper Recipe Contest 2009
Mrs. Saori Lewis with her Asian Hatch Kabobs
Mrs. Kathy Mitchell with her Hatch and Spicy Hummus
Mrs. Vonna Andrews with her Hatch Chile Chop Suey
Mrs. Maria Kahn with Enchilagna Hatch Chile Bake
Mrs. Becky Butler with her Roasted Hatch Chile Cheese Spread
Ms. Denise Barnett with her Chile Relleno Casserole
Mrs. Heather Ismaili with her Hatch Chile Relleno Dip
Mrs. Sharon Garner with Vernon’s Ass Kickin' Chicken
The finalists will battle it out this Sunday, August 30th at 5pm.

Russell Maryland, former Dallas Cowboys Football player
Stefano Secchi, Executive Chef of Ferrari’s in Grapevine
