Everyday with Rachael Ray loves CM Tortillas!

We're not above tooting our own horn. Especially when what we're tooting about comes with the backing of the editors at Everyday with Rachael Ray.
We were turning the pages on the November 2009 issue and spotted a shout-out for Central Market's house-made tortillas on page 30 under the headline "One Nation, Under Food"!
The article is all about local specialties one should pick up when traveling. We're the pick for Austin, Texas – editor Susan H. Gordon writes "You've never had tortillas like the house-made ones at Central Market. They're soft like crepes and flavored with sweet butter or flecks of grains and seeds."
Pick up your own in our Tortilleria area - we make them hot and fresh in the stores each day. Let us know your favorite flavor!

We usually eat 2 packages of the wheat tortillas every week - and love them. But, my true love is the yearly hatch chile tortillas.
