Central Market is excited to announce the Third Annual No-Holds Barred Hatch Chile Pepper Recipe Contest

We know you're creative cooks who can't wait to share your favorite Hatch recipe with the world. Nothing is out of bounds, as long as you follow these two simple rules:

Rule 1: Use bona-fide Hatch chiles and ingredients available at Central Market.

Rule 2: See Rule 1.

There is no entry fee, and this year entries will only be accepted online through our new submission form. 
Finalists will be notified by phone or email.
