The Heat is back on! Enter our 3rd Annual No-Holds-Barred Hatch Chile Pepper online recipe Contest. Through August 20, share your favorite Hatch Recipe. Winners will receive a $100 Central Market gift card and a pile of roasted Hatch Peppers.

According to the news paper, Grapevine, the contest deadline for the receipes is the 24th.
