We've gotten some great entries! I hate that I can't talk about them in detail, but the 3rd Annual No-Holds-Barred Hatch Chile Online Recipe Contest is serious business, y'all, and everybody is on their own for inspiration.

Finalists for each store will compete for the bragging rights, the $100 gift card and the year's supply of roasted Hatch chiles (that's 75 lbs for your freezer, to get you through to Hatch 2010.)

Enter no later than noon on Thursday, August 20.
