Texas legend in-the-making Chef Jon Bonnell will be at Central Market Fort Worth this Saturday, Sept. 19th to sign copies of his premier cookbook "Jon Bonnell's Fine Texas Cuisine."  Come by between noon and 2 p.m. to meet the man behind the acclaimed restaurant Bonnell's Fine Texas Cuisine.

From the time Bonnell’s Restaurant opened its doors in 2001, it has been hailed as the beginning of a new chapter in the book of fine Texas cuisine and the premier restaurant associated with both Fort Worth and Texas.
