North Lamar's Cafe presents: "Kitchen Diva" Angela Medearis

Come out to Central Market Cafe and meet the "Kitchen Diva" Angela Medearis.
Medearis will be signing and selling her new cookbook the "New African American Kitchen" at the North Lamar Central Market at 4pm, Sunday, February 22nd. This event is in conjunction with Soul Movement's concert: The Gospel - "Celebrating Black History Month with Music, Food and Family".
Medearis is the author or more than 90 award-winning children's books and several cookbooks. She is also a culinary historian who has appeared on The Discovery Network, DIY, The Today Show and Throw Down with Bobby Flay on the Food Network.
The Central Market Cafe will be featuring entree items from her new cookbook the "New African American Kitchen."
