New Space & Gluten Free Place
Last week CM North Lamar undertook a mini-construction project to provide a much needed “Gluten-Free Zone” adjacent to Healthy Living Department. With over 250 products and 28 feet of shelf space devoted to gluten free product, Central Market-North Lamar is definitely Austin’s best-stocked Gluten Free shopping destination.
From Namaste pasta kits to Road’s End sauce mixes, and Glutino’s fabulous pretzels--our Foodies have been taste-testing and we can’t wait to share the results! We also have those hard-to-find ingredients like xanthan gum, quinoa flour, and Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Steelcut oats-- prepared in dedicated, gluten-free facilities.
At Central Market, gluten free is getting the attention it deserves. And, we are expanding our Frozen Gluten Free section… more info soon.
