Herbally Delightful, Pierce PT Cheese from Cowgirl Creamery
This subtle cheese is washed in a muscato wine and rolled in dried herbs from the Tomales Bay coastal region. Hints of calendula, chamomile, juniper, coriander, and lemon balm are infused in this delicious, semi-firm cheese. It's Cowgirl Creamery's PIERCE PT, a Fall/Winter seasonal cheese made from organic whole milk from the Chileno Valley Jersey Dairy. PIERCE PT received a 1st Place award at the 2006 American Cheese Society Conference.
