Udi's Lemon Struesel Muffins...

You will not believe these are gluten-free!!! Honestly, Udi's makes some of the very best breads and baked goods I've ever tasted. And with these muffins they've really raised the bar on gluten-free. I'd definitely keep them in my freezer "just-in-case" a gluten-free friend dropped by for a cup of tea. On second thought, I'd probably eat them myself!
