Still Time for Summer Wine

Rose Wines for the Last Days of Summer

As the summer of 2010 wanes and thoughts of crisp autumn days take over, let's not forget that we've got a few more days/weeks of 90+ temperatures. Yup, there's still time for summer wines and we've got just the Rosé to take you in fall!

We begin with Chateau Barat with delightful upfront fruit and a crisp dry finish. Next you might try Cortijo Rosé, with a hint of candied fruit with a dry finish--this is an easy-drinking, well-balanced wine, perfect for BBQ.  A favorite here at CM North Lamar is the Château l’Ermitage--a deliciously fruity southern Rhône blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah, great with almost anything!

Take advantage of these during the last days of summer and stop by Central Market where our wine experts will help you select the perfect Rosé!
