Chef Dean Fearing's Sun-Kissed Apricot Sauce

Chef Dean Fearing's Sun-Kissed Apricot Sauce is a tangy melange of citrus juices with an infusion of dried apricots and spices; then sweetened with honey and slowly simmered to create a pot of culinary gold!

Use it as a condiment for pork, seafood or poultry. Whisk in olive oil and vinegar to create a tangy citrus dressing for coleslaw or broccoli bacon salad.

I have been cooking with this sauce for the last two days and love it over pork ribs or salmon. The tangy apricots hit the right spot and leave a sweet after-taste that keeps you coming back for more!

Right now we have a $1 off coupon that is valid til Tuesday July 21st. Come and get while stocks last!
