Working in the bakery for my first year at Central Market, I saw tons of our amazing creations right out of the oven. Because of this, I am the first one to tout the awesomeness that is our fresh, homemade cookies, pastries and baked goods.

However, I jumped for joy (literally, I was very excited) when I found out that we are now carrying Z. Cioccolato fudge. Based out of the North Beach area of San Francisco, owned by Kerri & Mark Warmus since 2002, Z. Cioccolato is … dare I say it … better than even my mother makes – but don’t tell her that.

I tasted their awesomeness for the first time when I was working just down the street from this little shop on the west coast. They have barrels overflowing with hand-pulled taffy, cute stuffed animals crowding the walls, and hand-made candies of ever variety. However, the fudge was the most memorable and definitely the best ever.

Central Market has selected 10 of their best selling flavors to sell seasonally (this means, they will fluxuate … look out for Eggnog and Pumpkin pie for the fall!) and like many of our products, we are the exclusive Texas seller of these awesome products.
