North Lamar's Chef Scot Loranc has filmed and edited his video application for Bravo's Top Chef and, along with all the partners here at North Lamar, is eagerly waiting to hear the result.

Scot graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY; he has worked as Central Market Seafood manager; Chef in the Cooking School, and owned Epicurious George, a boutique catering company in NYC. Scot also worked at Abigail Kirsch in New York and is a private chef and caterer in Austin.
