The Crepe Team - Filled & Naked Crepes

Inspired by a family recipe, the Crepini (filled crepes) starts with the delicate shell of a crepe, and like a blini, it is then filled with sensationally delicious savory or sweet flavors. Luxury without the guilt, the filled crepe's elegant size and handrolled shape make them perfect for light dining and entertaining.

The naked crepes are my personal favorite are they are very similar to the one I make at home. Re-heat in a skillet with plenty of salted butter, dish on a plate and sprinkle with granulated sugar for a delicious dessert.
