Cheesemaking at the Southlake Cooking School

Let the Cooking School at the Central Market in Southlake show you how being cheesy is a good thing. Only at Southlake, only at our new and improved Cooking School, and only with our very own Billy Williams, we will show you how to make friends and influence people by, as we said, being cheesy!
Mr. Billy Williams, our jack-of-all-trades, 2 year veteran of all things mozzarella, is here to show you how to pull and stretch your way to the perfect hand-made mozzarella. This cheese is simple and easy to enjoy. Central Market Southlake gives you the opportunity to learn how we create our homemade mozzarella so you, too, can become a Mozzarella Master.
We will provide you the curd and show you how to stretch and pull your way into a Caprese Salas and Pizza Margherita. (You'll still have enough leftover to take home and share.)
The class is 6:30pm to 8:30pm on Wednesday, February 4th, 2009. It’s a hands-on class, so get excited to experience it all while getting your hands a little dirty!
